EF PHB is implemented by a mechanism that allows
preemption of other traffic within the router.
We use a priority FIFO queue, with the following
- that there is no higher priority queue that could
- having a “rate policing mechanism” that sets a bound
on how much the p-FIFO can starve other traffic.
