Diffspec - A Differentiated Services tool

DiffSpec is a differentiated service tool that will be used by the network administrators to configure differentiated services on a linux router. It also allows the simultaneous configuration of AF and EF on a particular device on the router. This configuration is based on the two-bit diffserv architecture proposed by Van Jacobson.
